This is weird.

I have a manuscript now.

Carla Cook has done an amazing job and word edited it.

James Ashley gave it a firm shake in terms of factual correctness.

And I fixed all the things, bits and bobs.

And there is a manuscript now.

I am lost for words.

I polished this blog a bit.

..

I’ll take a bit of a break and then come back to do the marketing thing and look around for a publisher.

Until then, enjoy the endnotes. They are not final, but already a nice source for people working in the field.
